Goodbyes

It has been a long day today.

We headed through to Inverness to go to a good friends funeral, it was sad and very emotional but it was also lovely to see the church packed with people who wanted to say their last goodbyes.

Our friend was a lovely person both on the inside and outside and was not just a great friend but a wife, mother and grandmother, she was only 52 and will be sorely missed.

On the way home in the dark we passed Eilean Donan Castle and stopped to blip, I am sure there will be many people who recognise the blip as the castle has been filmed and photographed so many times!
