The Old Curiosity

The day started off well enough, cloudy but with some sunshine. Was busy in the morning doing all the post Christmas/New Year recycling so did n't have time for blipping.

The plan was that in the afternoon we would head off to the west coast of Skye for a walk but by 1pm the rain had started and it has n't stopped since.

We took a drive across anyway on the off chance that the weather might be better where we planned to walk but unfortunately it was n't. As we were driving we passed this little ramshackle building, it has a chimney so I am not sure whether it used to be someones house or was just a bothy.
