Another day, another run, another castle

SUNDAY

I went for a run just after 7:00 am this morning in the hope that it would be relatively cool but, running up the steep slope to the castle soon warmed things up. 

On the way back I tried a new route past the former asylum and across the fields. I managed to get slightly lost but it all added to the fun.

A walk around Llyn Brenig reservoir (see extra) this afternoon and a family dinner in Prestatyn this evening.
