Conwy Parkrun
SATURDAY
After a day at work yesterday, the late evening drive down to Wales was tiring but at least I managed to avoid the worst of the traffic on the A55.
I drove the 30-odd miles to Conwy this morning for the Parkrun. Fabulous weather and a spectacular course, starting and finishing at the RSPB reserve and running around the estuary and in the shadow of the castle.
With over 400 runners and narrow paths the Parkrun start was very congested and it wasn't possible to run for the first couple of minutes.
I managed the course in an official time of 25:42
