Holiday backblip

All I remember about today was ridiculously heavy rain. I suspect all we did was stare out of the caravan as the rain came down.

Strava tells me that I did a tempo training run. All I remember is that it was thoroughly rainy and by the end of my run I wasn’t even bothering to jump over the puddles any more.

The sun came out in the evening and we were able to eat our delicious seafood al fresco!
