Making ends meet
12.4C mild, bright, very little breeze.
Maeve the Deerhound and I have had our usual walk. We very much enjoyed the unseasonal mild temperature. I had on one layer too many!
Not a soul to be seen on the country road or in the fields.
No one at the Fishermen's huts.
On the beach the man who lives in the end cottage in East Row was putting the finishing touches to the driftwood fence he has rebuilt where the bottom of his garden meets the beach by shovelling sand into the base of the fence.
I liked this shot of an old rope lying in an untidy heap on an upturned boat. Both ends were lying together with the rust and the orange colours catching the sun :-)
