Tengboche to Dingboche 4363m

After a very cold night, we were up for breakfast at half six. I ate leftover chicken from my Christmas dinner (put in a bag and semi-frozen overnight!) with some boiled eggs and black tea. We left at about half seven and walked to Periche - it was bloody freezing! Fortunately, we climbed up out the shade and into some sunlight so I had a chance to warm up by mid morning. We arrived at Dingboche mid-afternoon and I munched on popcorn for lunch!

Paul decided to go and explore the mountain side so I took some photos and wandered about watching the yaks and locals working. Traditional Dahl Bhat for dinner and in our sleeping bags by half seven! I'm good at sleeping!
