A bit of an emergency blip while I continue to process the backlog of Spanish and French holiday shots...

Over the break I used the last of my cartridge razor blades, which being stainless steel housed in plastic are entirely unrecyclable. While we're not puritanical about it we are trying to reduce plastic use, and so I treated myself to a nice new retro safety razor.

Ok, there's not too much to shave with the goatee an' all, but we all remember the full beard... grey is so ageing isn't it, lol. I had a lovely shave with this razor earlier, and the steel and bamboo handle is very comfortable. I did consider a cut throat but...

...well, would you leave sharp objects around your sister, Sheol? ;-)
