Two Tone

It's not easy, being a fly with hay fever...

I liked the two tone look of this shot, with the yellow and green of the rudbeckia setting off the green bottle fly.

It's been a gardening day. Lawn, well what used to be lawn, mowed. Pond filter emptied onto the thirsty flower beds, stinking of stagnation and full of nutrition. Pond itself, still green, apparently bereft of fish. They're there, somewhere... Beans, raspberries, strawberries, peas and assorted other veg and salad leaves, harvested where they've been left alone. There are two, count them, two plums on the tree...

And so. many. emails. Mostly dealt with. Insurance form for the iPhone, sent off. Photo's, all 2024 of them, if not processed then begun. You can see the Sagrada Familia shots on my flickr feed.

Tough life, getting back from holidays. Off again next week...
