To Mont Lloret

Today's walk was lovely, 12k starting at around 1800 metres and climbing up to Mont Lloret above Les Angles ski resort at 2377 metres.  The weather was perfect for walking and the route climbed through the woods to above the tree line.  There were bubbling streams, alpine flowers, glacial lakes and butterflies galore. I was a bit tired and stiff to start with after last night's badminton tournament but loosened up and got into the rhythm after a bit.
