Cooling Off

We cycled out to Dietlhofersee for a swim, first of the year, and I have to say it was great! A bite to eat at the Italian restaurant there then cycled back. Unfortunately by then it was ridiculously hot, we really needed another dip to cool off. Checked out how hot it was out on our heat trap of a terrace - 45.1C in the shade. And it’s meant to get hotter the next couple of days. That’ll be fun.
Not as much fun as watching the political shenanigans unfold in the next week or two though. Feels like we’ve fallen down the rabbit hole.
