Rationed my time on the main site today. Went for lunch to a little town where Maurice Vlaminck retired to and had a wander, before heading to the last day of the event. Mostly packed up and ready for the 200 mile drive to my aunt on the coast tomorrow.

Very hot so only snaps; couldn’t be bothered to get the big camera out. Trying to balance fluid intake so I don’t end up with two ten minute walks to the loo like last night. Tent fixed up after another glassfibre pole broke.

Two bands on in the evening; this lot, who seemed to be trying to look like Kiss and did alt rock medleys which was a little odd. Then, while I ate some nice veggie food, was the Johnny Halliday tribute act which went down very well with the French. Seemed to be French lyrics to 60’s classics. I’ve never really heard him before.

Up early in the morning; hoping it’s cool for packing.
