Jacaranda Story

At one time many years ago, the beige house that's just barely visible on the left was painted the exact same vibrant color as the tree. The owners even had their front sidewalk tinted to match. It was very brave. The whole thing pretty much glowed in the dark. It is still referred to as The Purple House, at least by me, even though it's been awhile since the new owners toned it down.
