Sampling Melons at the Market

Four melons to sample, four completely different tastes and textures. We bought a Piel de Sapo, the greenish one on the right. I love the energy and enthusiasm of the people who work at the market; some are farmers, some just work the counters; for the most part they are young and seem to love what they are doing.
