Biscuit tin

Despite a slight difference of opinion about how much food (well hypermarche) shopping was to be done on holiday, I did manage to get a biscuit tin. The eldest regards it as his own, the original biscuits have been saved for a day when I really need a treat and replaced with something  great deal more mundane.

Lovely quiet, but pretty productive day at work.  After almost year of working at the School, I made it to the swimming pool to register, which took less than 5 minutes, so we now have free family swimming.  Kicking myself for not doing it sooner.

Boys had a lovely day at nursery, they're really enjoying being there together and I'm constantly amazed at how lovely the staff at the nursery are. I think the boys are flourishing there.

Took the boys for a very quick 'adventure' when we got home. We have a neighbourly arrangement for cat feeding and I'm on cat feeding duty at the moment, sadly this also includes looking after a snake, which I'm less than impressed about.  However, the boys thought it was most exciting to go and see it, the eldest (who hides behind the sofa at dinosaurs on the TV), told me to be brave about the snake.
