End of term

That's it, school is done for the year. They were both at school today, the youngest for a 'taster day' and the eldest to look after him. The teacher said she doesn't agree with children being deposited somewhere they don't know with strangers, so Ked if the wldest could be with him.

I kind of had a half day, spent the morning cleaning and cooking, which is hardly the best use of free time! Work this afternoon and I'm now done for 2 weeks and I need the break.

Today I'm grateful for:
The husband taking the boys for afternoon ice cream to celebrate the end of term
Lovely family dinner time 
Celebratory G&T this evening, although its sent me to sleep
