New Year, Old Moon

I haven't quite got the knack of these kind of shots, this one is pretty over exposed, and not a little shaky. But the moon was lovely tonight, so I was trying to get it while the family waited (im)patiently in the car to go visiting. I like that you can see some stars, it really is a beautiful night.

Have cooked most of the day in preparation for dinner for 12 tomorrow. Then went out and took the New Year in at mum's, with Leasko and other sundry members of the family. I don't really do 'happy to order' - it leaves me a bit melancholic. But Happy New Year to you all, anyway.
