Bring Back the Sixties!

After years of our moaning about not having access to our vinyl albums, Son 2 gave us a turntable thingy that enables conversion! It's such a lot of fun, choosing the order in which to convert the old albums ... "long players" ..... and then listening to them again after a break of years.

Rubber Soul, Revolver and Abbey Road are done, but next had to come Scott, the first solo album by Scott Engel (Walker). As track 1 of the second side started, I said to the butler, "Oh.. this track's got a wee jump at the beginning... ah, there it is ..." How on earth did I manage to remember that? Must have been the endless hours I spent listening and sobbing into my hanky! Ah, youth ... didn't anticipate listening to the same bit of vinyl, 45 years on and courtesy of something called a laptop!
