I saw my GP today and the plan is to stay with Paracetamol alongside morphine and up the Amitripyyline. If that is not doing any good in a few days I have Gabapentin - I’m not too keen on that as the side effects can be serious. I’m carrying on with the TENS machine.

A kind Blipper gave me details of sports physios which i’ll Investigate if needed, but Unfortunately the downside is that it is over 6 hours round trip. However the pain is definitely less severe so I’m hoping I’m on the mend and that normal life will be resumed shortly.

I’m reading my books and have been enjoying the roses which the deer didn’t find this year.
