Sea of Clouds

..... but no rain!

An exhilarating hike today started with a happy Blipmeet.  It was lovely to meet Hibou again as she joined us for the climb up the Croix de Chaux.  There was laughter amongst the cows .... See what Hilary was up to in her extra and mine!   While the others returned to base I lingered on the mountain and took a long circuitous route down via Lavayanne (extra).   Another great and long day in the Alps :-)
