Karate Kid Crane

Do you remember the Karate Kid film from 1984, and the finale? This Eurasian Crane does. :-)

We took Auntie Laurie ad Charlie to the wetlands reserve at Slimbridge today. The weather was extraordinarily hot and dry, and the priced ice cream was not only welcome but necessary!

Will's gone back to Swansea to prepare for his next exam with a few less brain cells than he had before he visited (but still far more than me). Charlie goes back to Munich tomorrow morning.
