I pronounced his name properly

I joked that I had one goal for today and that was to pronounce the speaker's name correctly. Everything went well enough but I did get testy with the IT guy who showed up late and then was unpleasant. If/when I do this again I will ask his boss to select and send someone else. 

In terms of making a positive impression on our main client I believe we did that too.

Afterwards we had lunch and then went into DC and had an afternoon long meeting. The space is funky and modern and hip and young and I don't know how anyone can work there. If you like working in a living room, surrounded by the energy of other people, the space is neat and even comes with baristas. If you want to concentrate and focus then ???

On the plus side, the dog in the extra was there. His name is Ozzie and he was great.
