Balgavies Loch and osprey

Another lovely day so had to get out.
I got a bit of gardening done in the morning (plus a mountain of washing) and after lunch we went out for a cycle with 3 aims.
1. To visit the best craft shop I know as nowhere in town sells what I wanted
2. To try out the new car cycle rack
3. To enjoy the weather
All we were achieved. I found the thread I wanted, the cycle rack is much easier than the old one and we had a lovely ride round Balgavies and Rescobie Lochs with a detour to Restenneth Priory (see extra). There was even an osprey on its nest (just to the left of the top of the tallest tree on the island) and the colours were so clear and bright, this pic is straight from teh camera
