Seen on my way to Pilates this morning and it reminded me of SweetArt's post, only this was found on a pavement in the UK not a lovely beach in HK!

Pilates was good and I know I'm going to enjoy it...it will do me good anyway. Glynis was there today, Noah's grandma. She is finding it hard to pick up the routine again and the days vary a lot. They have decided to go ahead with a whole family holiday which was booked months ago. It will be a time to be together and support each other in the down days and to enjoy the happy memories they share of Noah.
