The rocky road towards a heart attack

At this time of yet at Sixth Form CU, it’s tradition for the SYFC team to bake for our students. It’s one of the ways that we can bless them during exam season. Though I love to cook, I absolutely cannot bake and so I cheated and made a rocky road. It’s only about a billion calories per slice, perfect brain food.

Today has been good, mostly because of the sun in the sky, a commute on the bike, a fun team and some brilliant young people.
