Things I will do on furlough

I will definitely get my proper camera out. Definitely.

I’ll be on furlough for the month of June, initially. I’m so grateful for a supportive team and trustee group but it did cause a little wobble last night when the final decision was made. The right one, but will leave a big hole.

Tonight when I was leaving for my walk, I spotted my neighbour’s boyfriend arriving back from his parents in his little Audi TT. I was just about to go and tell him to buy a bigger car so that he can bring his bike back with him when lo and behold, he pulled his bike out of the car. Delighted. Now that the government say we can exercise with one other person who doesn’t live with us, I’m hoping that we’ll be able to go out for a spin. I’m so grateful as well because every single day when I’ve had a day on my own at home, I always seem to bump into a neighbour or a friend on my walk. Makes a big difference to my day!
