9.45am .....

...... leaving the pool ---
I was in the pool at 8.30am today , didn't do much to help my right shoulder but there you go -- needs must. Home to do some washing of towels , good drying weather and I managed to get ironing done too.
A Sainsbury's shop then home to repair a small task in the garden.
It has certainly been a beautiful day tho' the forecast isn't too good for the next few days.
I completed the household chores and now am able to sit down knowing I can take it easy tomorrow.
