Escaped in the ......

...... dull morning!
This is going to be a very mixed day weather wise , when I was out just before 9am the sky looked heavy and ready to rain. However it didn't rain , well just a drizzle, so I managed a walk around the green. Originally I went to post a letter but some "idiot" had wedged a small parcel , thinking it would fit, into the opening therefore I wasn't able to post mine. Such a nuisance , going to the next available box there was only one collection a day 9am! My watch said 8.55am so who knows whether it will go on its way today .
All the blossom from next doors tree has blown into my garden , it looks as if we've had snow, so when the wind dies down that another job I've got to do . It will mean me moving all the pots again to clear up. If it's not blossom it's leaves that I get , oh well another Flanders and Swan line - - - it all makes work for the working man to do!
I think it's quite chilly today , made so by the wind . So it will be bits and bobs in the house today I feel.
