I had a good catch-up with friend Alison over lunch (Malaysian lamb casserole again) in The Clachan, then came home and watched the dvd of '22 July', a harrowing film about the murder of more than 70 (mostly young) people by Anders Breivik in Norway in 2011.

Tonight I think I'll be watching 'Planet Child' - should be interesting.
