Mono Monday - Movement

Movement of the water in the River Endrick when Minty and I walked this afternoon.

Earlier I managed to get an emergency appointment at the dentist's, having dislodged a filling while flossing last night.

I have now stewed yesterday's rhubarb and made a caramel sauce of sorts, so I'll be having that with some Greek yogurt tonight. Yum!
