don't forget the books!!!

Today is my last day at the coalface before Christmas so I have left this note to help me remember to take home the books that I have stashed in my locker for Holly's Christmas. If I don't remember them then Father Christmas won't be leaving them under the Christmas tree on the 25th and more importantly, my wife will kill me!
 
Every year the coalface put on a prize draw for all us chippers. There are some wonderful prizes to be won. I have my eye on the camera (what else would a blipper want) but to win anything would be a bonus. If you don't win any of the big prizes then you get a wee bottle of Cava which is also a wee bonus. It really is a most generous thing for the company to do. The only part that I do not like is that a buffet lunch is provided. I do a lot of training and I am quite particular about what I put into my body so I usually bring in my on lunch. This, however, is viewed as the crime of the century by my fellow chippers. I try and live my life in such a way that I respect people's choices and try not to judge. Sometimes I wish that others would do the same. Judge not and be judged not yourself
