Cuisine de marche

A horribly cold and damp day.....mostly spent in the hairdressers salon......colour, lowlights, cut and blow dry.......eventually left after 3.5 hours, sis has had hers done too, she was finished first so went home to make us a much needed sandwich for when I joined her. Then we took a quick trip to Costco for one or two things we wanted.

Saw Kobi very briefly, he was pleased to see me, as usual, such a lovable boy, he is!!

Tonight has been quiz night, we came third, so a bit more in our kitty ;-) We went out for a meal before the quiz, it being the first Thursday of the month. We opted for the little French restaurant in town, Market Kitchen, this is three times in a row, says alot!!

We all thoroughly enjoyed the food and wine. I hadn't got a blip for today, until I quickly took this on my phone whilst we were waiting for our main course to be served.

As you can see its very traditional, nothing fancy, but oh so good :-) I like te way you can see direclt i to the kitchen :-)

Hope this weather warms up a bit soon......Im still coughing, but hubs sore throat doesnt seem to be developing into anything to sinister, so thats a bonus!!
