Take It On The Otherside

My Dear Princess & Dear Fellows,

See those lights? They are the ones you could see in yesterday's picture. Today I was walking up from The Terrace and thought I'd take this picture from the opposite direction. 

I went walking down past the grand parliament building on the right at lunchtime. I passed a police officer carrying a HUGE bloody gun. I smiled at her and she smiled back. It was just instinct. I assume that heavily-armed people don't get that a lot. 

I'm guessing that most people just look away when you're carrying a machine gun. I'll bet they pretend they haven't seen what you are carrying, like you're a charity mugger with a clipboard, or one of those women who come into the office with an ugly baby. So it felt good that I'd put good vibes out to Lady With Machine Gun.

And with that, I'm out of news. Unless you want to hear about food safety verification agencies, and how we check their credentials?
