Pretty Flower

I was very busy at work today, but the day felt like it was dragging due to the clock on the phone system still being an hour behind!  At lunch time I went to meet Lou who's due to have her 12th and final cycle of chemo tomorrow.  She's done so well and no matter how she feels over the next few days, she knows things are only going to start getting better.  It was a lovely sunny day, and these little orange flowers caught my eye, I don't know what they are, but they're very pretty.

Josh (our neighbour's nephew) called round at 5pm as we want to have the wall on our terrace rendered, so he's had a look and will get back to us in the next couple of days with a quote, fingers crossed it's not too expensive.  Then tonight I met Alison at Pizza Express as I had a voucher for 2 4 1 on main meals, and we were due to meet up for a catch up in any event.  I had their Leggera  American Hot pizza which I love and is only 500 calories, together with a non alcoholic beer.  Perfect!
