Seriously Springtime

A stroll along the River was called for in more of the beautiful Spring weather. There were quite a few butterflies around, including Brimstone, Orange Tip and Peacock. the Wood Anemones and Lesser Celandines were looking magnificent. Lots of Songbirds too. I got a glimpse of a Kingfisher, but the Dippers in their usual spot were the posers of the day and a Treecreeper lunching on spider made it into extras.
