Warkworth Castle

Chris is home from dog and house sitting for her daughter in Northants. She drove us to Warkworth for a walk on the beach. When we saw all these daffodils out around the castle we stopped to get a quick blip.

It’s quite hard walking for 2 hours on sand but we strolled along. It was lovely though the light was flat. We had a late lunch in a nice little cafe then headed up to Alnmouth for another beach stroll. We had a lovely catch up as we’d not seen each other since before I went to China.
