Comings and goings

Today we had a Board meeting. It was special in so many ways.

It was the last one to be held in Ladywell House before we move to Thistle House at Haymarket in April.

It was the first Board meeting for Jo Derrick (on the left) and Barbara Neil ( on the right] who are joining the CHS Board - and making us gender balanced.

But sadly it was the last meeting for Marian Martin who has been on the Board since 2013 and has lived through the birth pangs of the new organisation and supported us through the establishment of CHS. She has brought a wealth of experience as a former reporter and inspector and her counsel - and scrutiny- has been hugely appreciated. She will continue in other roles in the child and adult protection fields and we wish her well for the future.

And we thank her for the basket of Easter Eggs!!!
