Big sea at Tyninghame

My " power hour " was spent walking around the East Lothian coastline at Tyninghame. Amazing surf and not a sea my daughter would have considered entering for her wild swim! Following the walk I headed to North Berwick where the sea was as calm as a mill pond, the difference between North Sea and Forth estuary.
In the distance in this image is the Bass Rock,  awaiting the return of the gannets.
