Apricot blossom (ours)

Yes. The little apricot is blooming before spring has arrived. A few hours later a really fierce cold front arrived charging down the valley sweeping all before it (extra).

Later, after we had braved the pass, there was the most spectacular light above Florence as the sun sank beneath the mass of grey cloud (extra).

And so we head into the Valley of Brexit.
