The efforts of yesterday caught up with me today. My slip sliding in the mud and scrambling over boulders took its toll. A trip down to the gym to work on knee strengthening and Pilates just about finished me off!

So it was rather a sedate dog walk this afternoon. This Robin was doing its best to hide from view. Further along in a sheltered old quarry I spotted the first Ladybird of the year (see extra).
