Costa Blanca

On our final full day on this trip, I had a long walk north out of Alicante to some rather unlovely suburbs. Then, after lunch (grilled anchovies and sea bream) another walk around the town, along some surprising streets and out to sea on a new pier. In the Plaza del Ayuntamiento there was a bit of a do going on with some speeches.
