Totally absorbed...

watching what design the lady is putting on her hand. This weekend is 'children's weekend'  an annual event funded by the Council. Today had an international theme (apart from the face painting) involving different ethnic groups.  This was part of the Indian display,  inside, children of all ages, some just a child at heart,  were shown the art of dressing  in a sari (extra - I couldn't help noticing the length of the lady's hair)
