Wanaka Challenge Run

It has been a busy morning with the Wanaka Challenge.  All the local roads were closed during the cycle race, which meant lots of people walking along the lake front.  This blip is of the run leg, taken by the Wanaka Yacht Club.  The runners are 1 km into their run.  Extra 1 is of the bike ride, and extra 2 is another runner.  The race included a 1.9 km swim, 90 km cycle ride and a 21 km run.  There were approximately 2,500 participants.

After lunch I headed to Croquet, a good turnout on such a nice day.  27 all up.  As usual we had lots of fun. and the temperature wasn't too hot.

After such a busy day, it's time to put my feet up.
