NZ Secondary Schools Tag Triathlon

I watched this interesting race between the NZ Secondary Schools.  There were 4 children in each team, 2 girls, 2 boys.  Each child swam 200 metres, rode their bikes for 5 k's, and did a 2 k run.  Then they tagged their next team mate, who also did the same course, then the 3rd team member had a go, lastly number 4.  By the time the race was over they were well spread out.  This photo is of the first swimmers heading out to the first buoy.  The extras are (1) on their bikes, and (2)  the view from the overbridge.

I went to church this morning.  Had 5 little children in the creche, so was kept pretty busy.  The parents did stay too, so I had no responsibility.  The flowers are extra (3), and the hymn for today is 'The Lord's my Shepherd'.

It has just started to rain, so that should cool down the air.  Looking forward to our walk tomorrow.
