Making a mess with Tess

Meanwhile Gemma was making mess with a friend and some hairdye in the bathroom.

We had a really slow start (I'm sure we're not supposed to get out of bed at this time of year), and then took a quick trip into Barnstaple. We saw some of the people taking part in the santa fun run in aid of North Devon Hospice running across the bridge.

I spent the rest of the day in the kitchen throwing flour around. In no time at all, it seemed, it was getting dark again.

Ah well. We have cakes and biscuits.
