Goggle-Eyed

Thank you so much to everyone for the very kind birthday wishes of yesterday.  They really cheered me up:-)

I am feeling a whole lot better today, though not quite 100%, but well enough to go to Perth Royal Infirmary for my regular eye check and scan.  I had to cancel the original appointment a few weeks ago when I had food poisoning, so didn't want to miss it again.  

I mis-read the time on my calendar and thought it was 1.50 pm, when it was actually 15.10 pm, so we decided to go for lunch at the A K Bell Library which is not far away.  Still too early after lunch, so we wandered around to kill some time and I spotted this character in a children's playground.  I thought it was quite apt for my appointment later:-)

After the drops they put in my eyes, I'm sure mine didn't look dissimilar for a while!  Just beginning to clear a bit now, so will try to catch up.
