Awash with flowers

Chiang Mai is getting ready for its annual Flower Festival and flowers and displays are appearing every where.   The downside is that the flowers need a lot of watering.  They are watered using these tankers which pump water from the moat.  The slight problem is that these tankers block the traffic lanes and cause hold ups, see my extra.   We are looking forward to the festival, we have friends over from England and we are planning on walking around the displays together.
