Culinary experiments No.2

We discovered we had an aubergine that was just about to go past it's best so rather that waste it we decided to have a go at Caponata. We done it a few times in the past and it was always nice.

So far so good.

That's this weeks pasta suppers taken care of.

Btw last nights curry pizza roll things were amazing gonna do them again.
