Imagine, if you can, an Indian pizza.

Make dhal, a spicy stuffing, then wrap around a yeasted dough

That's what we've been doing for the last hour or so, it's a bit of an experiment but looking and smelling good so far.


The rest of the day was spent doing nothing.
