Frost

Frosty start to our Health Walk so something to take pics of.
Very busy in cafe, glad it was a day I decided I needed to get some other people used to doing the cooking so I don't worry if the ones who do it regularly  can't be there. 
Then off to the hospital for my 2 year check, not too painful this time. Now the uneasy wait of about 4 weeks before I hear the results.
As I was at the right end of town and was very qiuck at the appt, I called in on an old lady from church who is in a home. I hadn't been for ages and she was bright and pleased to have a visitor - though not sure she'll remeber I've been! 
Spent the last couple of hours finding pics for a prsentation on water at cafe church on Sunday
